How do I turn on/off my OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz)?
To turn on, press and hold the Multifunction/Power Button for 3 seconds. Audrey says “Welcome to Shokz”

How do I charge my OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz)?
You can charge your OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) with the provided USB charging cradle. Attach your OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) to the USB Charging Cradle, make sure the Pogo Pins of the OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) and the terminals of the USB Charging Cradle are in contact with each other. Connect the USB Charging Cradle to a computer or a USB wall charger. Please ensure the charger does not exceed 5 volts. We do not recommend fast chargers, and the headphone will turn it off automatically when charging.
How long does it take to charge my OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz)?
OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) takes about 2 hours to charge from 0 to 100 percent. They arrive out of the box at approximately 50 percent charged. The LED light will turn red into blue when the headphone finishes charging.
How to wear OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) headphones while I am in swim goggles or cap?
OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) headphones fit well with swim goggles and caps. It doesn’t matter if you wear OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) first or goggles/caps first.
What is the waterproof performance of OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz)?
According to IEC 60529 " Degrees of protection against ingress of water (IP Code), the waterproof specification of OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) is IPX8.

IPX8: After testing, when submerged in a depth of 2m water for 2 hours, OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) can still maintain its operability.Note:

If you are using a OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) in a swimming pool, do not wear it more than 2 meters deep.
Can OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) swim in the sea?
Sure, OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) can swim in the sea. Kindly pay attention to clean it with water and wipe dry with a dry cloth after use.
How to adjust the band of my OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz)?
The band can't be adjusted. The size of the headphone is based on the head size of the majority of people, and to avoid friction between the band and the back of the head during exercise.

How to connect Xtraienrz to PC?
Attach your OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) to the USB Charging Cradle, make sure the Pogo Pins of the OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) and the terminals of the USB Charging Cradle are in contact with each other. Connect the USB Charging Cradle to a computer, it will show a “OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz)” hard drive on your computer.
What format does OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) support?
OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) supports audio format in MP3, WMA, FLAC, WAV, AAC;
How to transfer content, including audiobooks and music files, into OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz)?
1.You can download the audio files such as songs, audio books with the correct format into your computer.

2.Attach your OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) to the USB Charging Cradle, make sure the Pogo Pins of the OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) and the terminals of the USB Charging Cradle are in contact with each other. Connect the USB Charging Cradle to a computer, it will show a “OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz)” hard drive on your computer, and you can drag and drop audio files, such as songs and audio books, or folders into the "OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz)" hard drive.

3.You may create folders in the “OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz)”to organize your audio files, and then you can use the “Play Current Folder”function of OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) to listen to audio files in a specific folder.

4.You may disconnect the USB Charging Cradle once file transfer is complete and the LED indicator will flash red and blue while OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) organizes the files. The OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) buttons are not functional temporally.
Can OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) headphones work with online Apps?
OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) headphones do not have Bluetooth to connect online Apps. You will need to download audio files and then transfer them to be stored in the headphone memory.

How do I change the EQ setting?
There are 2 EQ settings of OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz). One is General Mode for daily use. The other one is Swimming Mode for swimming. You can press and hold Mode button for 2 seconds to change EQ.
How do I check the battery status?
When you power on the OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz), the voice prompt announces the battery levels. When the OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) is in use, click Volume"+"/"-" while music is paused and a voice prompt "Charge me" announces if the battery needs to be charged. The LED indicator flashes red every 5 seconds when the battery needs to be charged.
How do I change the voice prompt language?
Press and hold volume"+" and volume "-" buttons for 2 seconds to select the language that you use.
How do I adjust the volume?
For the playing volume, click the volume+ or volume- buttons to turn up or turn down volume levels while music is playing.

For the beep volume, it is the default volume set in the factory and can't be adjusted.
How do I change the play mode of the songs?
Click Mode button to select songs playing mode in Normal/Repeat/Shuffle mode.
How do I use "Folder Mode" to play songs?
1.You need to create folders on "OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz)" when you transfer content.

2.Press and hold Volume"-" and Multifunction/Power Button for 2 seconds, and voice prompt announces "Play Current Folder", it means you can just play the audio files in current folder.

3.If voice prompt announces "Play All Folder", it means the all songs that you transfer into OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) will be played.

4.You can press and hold Volume"+" and Multifunction/Power Button for 2 seconds when you are under "Play Current Folder" state to change the folder that you want to play. You will hear “Next Folder”.
How do I pause/play a song?
To pause, click Multifunction/Power Button while music is played. You’ll hear one beep.

To play, click Multifunction/Power Button while music is paused. You’ll hear one beep.
How do I skip to the next track?
Press and hold Volume"+" for 2 seconds while music is playing. You will hear one beep. The track will skip to the next one.
How do I go back to the previous track?
Press and hold Volume"-" for 2 seconds while music is playing. You will hear one beep. The track will go back to the previous one.

Can I use OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) headphones for calls?
OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) headphones do not assemble Bluetooth nor microphone, thus not possible to use for phone calls.

TroubleShooting

When I plug the OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) from my computer, why the LED indicator is flashing?
OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) starts to build the database(the indicator flashes red and blue) when it is removed from the computer. Nothing can be done with OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) while building the database. Please confirm that the database is completed before use (the indicator light ends blinking).
My OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) keeps the LED light all the time
We suggest that you can charge OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) and put them on a dry place for a few days. If the LED light is still on, you can file a warranty claim here within 2-year warranty period.
My OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) cannot be operated to “Next Folder”.
1.You can switch to next folder only when you are in the status of "Play Current Folder" .

2.You can press and hold Volume"+" and Multifunction/Power Button for 2 seconds when you are under "Play Current Folder" state to change the folder that you want to play. You will hear “Next Folder”.
My OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) cannot be recognized by computer.
Make sure to keep the Pogo Pins of the OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) and the terminals of the USB Charging Cradle are dry and clean.

Attach your OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) to the supplied charging cradle properly and firmly.

If the computer has not recognized the OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz), remove the OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) from the supplied charging cradle and then attach to the charging cradle again.

If the OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) is still not recognized by computer, try a different USB port on the computer or a different computer.

If the OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) continues to be not recognized by computer, you can file a warranty claim here within 2-year warranty period.
My OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) can't store any file but there is no file on it.
Due to the privacy protection on Mac, kindly delete the files again in Trach of Mac OS.
My Xtraienrz still play the songs that I deleted on the computer.

Note: OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) only support WAV file in Linear PCM format.
The headband on my OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) is snapped.
If you OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) is snapped on the headband, you can file a warranty claim here within 2-year warranty period.
My OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) isn’t charging.

My OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) isn’t lasting 8 hours.

How to list the track order on OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz)?
First, we would like to explain to you the issue of OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) sequence playback.

In fact, OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) files are sorted according to the transmission time. For example, you drag 10 files into OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz) disk. If the last file completes the transmission first, it is the first song on OpenSwim (Formerly Xtrainerz). But the last file can't be seen as the first song on the computer since the computer has its own sorting order. For this reason, you will hear songs in shuffle instead of in order.
