No equipment is needed, just a willingness to challenge yourself and complete the 12
LIVES over four weeks. Every session is a full body workout which is scalable for all levels
and there will be weekly prizes to reward our challengers!

LIVE SCHEDULE

Mondays - Lower Body

Focusing on calves, hamstrings, glutes, and quads, great for calorie & energy burning!

Wednesdays - Core

Focusing on gaining strength to hold good posture and injury prevention.

Fridays - Upper Body

Exercises focusing on the arms, chest and back.
