What can I expect to receive in the BOGOF gift box?

There will be two headphones coming to you together, the Aeropex you ordered with original package and one free pair of Aeropex or Air or Titanium headphone chosen at random. The free headphone will be dispatched in a random colour with all necessary accessories.

When will the BOGOF box start to sell?

The BOGOF box deal will start on midnight 27th Nov 2020, limited edition 2020 sets available only while stock lasts. You can sign up email and get our latest notifications.

Where can I order the BOGOF box?

You can order the box on AfterShokz official websites, kindly note this deal will only be open to UK/FR/NL sites. Link as follows:

Which regions is the BOGOF box supplied to?

Due to regional restrictions, the deal will only be open to the United Kingdom, France and Netherlands sites. Visitors located in the three regions can place their order accordingly. Beyond these regions, kindly contact customer services for information on other promotions.

When will my order be shipped ?

All of the BOGOF box orders will shipped from our European warehouse, based in the United Kingdom. Your order will be handled and shipped within 48 hours of being placed.

How long can I expect to wait to receive my order?

The delivery time is up to local forwarding agent schedules. Normally orders in the UK mainland will arrive within 48 hours of being shipped by DPD, orders outside the UK are shipped by DPD, please allow 5 to7 working days. Due to the high number of orders during Black Friday, the transportation time may be delayed.

Can I use a discount code for the BOGOF box?

During the Black Friday promotion period all codes on the official website will be suspended. If any information is unclear please email customer.service@aftershokz.com for further assistance.

How long a warranty period will my headphones have?

You will receive a limited 2-year warranty on the Aeropex you ordered, while the gift Aeropex/Air/Titanium will have a limited 3-month warranty period.

Can I return these headphones if they do not fit?

Yes, don’t worry, you can apply for a return or exchange for a different color within 30 days of receiving them. Please note you are unable to exchange the free headphones in the box.

Where should I return the headphones to?

Any headphones will need to be returned to the Europe warehouse. Please contact our support team with your order number for the address and other details. Please contact our support team customer.service@aftershokz.com with your order number for the address and other details.

How should I return my headphones?

If you’d like to return & refund you must return:

  • Within 30 days from received date;
  • With full packaging, both sets of headphones and all accessories;
  • In good condition for resale;
  • Prepaid delivery to appointed warehouse.

Once delivered, please update the support team with the return tracking number. When they receive your parcel the warehouse will inspect the headphones immediately and a full refund will be issued within 3 business days to your original payment account.


If you’d like to return & exchange your Aeropex, you must return:
  • Within 30 days from received date;
  • The full package for Aeropex you ordered and all accessories;
  • In good condition for resale;
  • Prepaid delivery to appointed warehouse.

Once delivered, please update the support team with the return tracking number. When they receive your parcel the warehouse will inspect the headphones immediately and a replacement will be shipped to you within 5 working days after the warehouse received it.
